  1. I heart your tree! And I got the pics from your sis…what a little doll she is…I just wanted to take a bite right out of her!

Anyway, I put some of the pics on the blog and raved about you, of course. These are just perfect. Thanks for including the ones of tiny Lucas crying. That was what I wanted. You captured the real him perfectly!

  2. Oh my GOSH!!! Your tree is SOOOO cute! I LOVE "imperfect," "quirky" trees! Where did you get it?

When I was growing up, I lived in the mountains. And we would always go up and get a tree – pick it out, cut it down, go sledding, make a day out of it. My dad always liked to choose the trees that weren't "perfect." He said they needed love too! :) After he died, though, my mom and I would usually buy our trees. I miss going and cutting one down. And I don't like that all the tree places sell the perfectly cut trees. I want one with character like this! So please do share!

    :)

  3. Cristi–I got mine at a lot and it's nowhere NEAR perfect. That's why I picked it! We love our little Charlie Brown tree!

  4. Wow – great photos and BEAUTIFUL tree. I love the simple colors and open flow of it. So great.
