Easter dinner involved a LOT — of meringue.
On top of a banana pudding cheesecake.

Twice-baked cream cheese mashed potatoes
Broccoli salad
Deviled eggs sprinkled with paprika
and yeast rolls

I started baking on Saturday and ohhh was it worth it!
Between a mess’a good food, my mother, sisters, and a slew of their friends and roommates it was a perfect way to celebrate new life.
If only I had taken pictures of things other than meringue. Huh.

Oh, my goodness, you really made all of this . . . I’m so hungry. I need to know about this coke ham. I’ve had it before, but I don’t know what kind of ham you start with, I swear I can only find spiral sliced these days.
